Halloween 2007

I don't know that I'm completely happy with this LO. It looks so simple and yet it has taken quite a bit of time to complete. I've been fiddling around in PSE6, and can't make it do what I want it to do. I should have just created the background paper and done the rest the old fashioned way - cut out some paper!
