Growing My Girls
The inspiration for my "girl" blog. This is once again a scraplift - who has time for original creativity?? This is mostly a paper layout with only the journaling being done on the computer & the tape measures too.
Paper: Bohemian Green/Swirls and Flowers Fonts: 2peas Evergreen (journaling), Punch Label Stickers: K&Company by Brenda Walton
I'm a SAHM with twin daughters. I have a degree in agricultural engineering (not too many of us), and worked for 10 years in the brewing industry. In high school I loved yearbook and newspaper and really wanted to be a graphic artist, but was concerned about finding a job, and always figured I could do it as a hobby - so here I am!
I had just started blogging (a step up in technology from hundreds of e-mail updates) about my girls when I decided to give digital scrapping a try - and bought PSE5 just as PSE6 was coming out. This blog was going to be my way of watching myself evolve as a scrapper and write things down so I wouldn't forgot (at least not as easily). The evolution has occurred at a much faster rate than I imagined and so I started creating things to share and now it seems I split my time between creating & scrapping - I hope you enjoy this blog as much as I do.
